A post a day - publically. For those that know me, you know how much of an accomplishment that is because you know for that as much as I *do* post, I hate to post aught but privately. For those that don't know me. Trust me ;) - it is. :)
This month has been difficult. As you can see from some of my more...anemic...posts - life's been a little insane. Costuming for a production, working full time, taking care of kids, dealing with health, life, family - and then remembering to post publically for an unknown audience?
I intend to keep posting here. I like posting about random geeky and crafty stuff. (I know most of it was about The Nutcracker this month). I also like the idea of limiting to no more than one or at most 2 if a particularly topic calls for it due to a specific update (like some of the Nutcracker pictures did). So I'll keep doing that, but I'm not sure if I'll stick to one per day in perpetuity. I've heard of another blogging challenge for the month of December. HollyDaily or something like that? Maybe next year.
For my friends that were participating in NaNoWriMo this month, regardless of where you stand in your writing endeavor, congratulations on an attempt well sought. For those of you who managed to complete 50,000 or more words, my sincerest hats off to you. Holy cow that is an amazing feat. For those of you who go on to publish your works once you've edited and polished them off, please let me know so that I may purchase a copy! For those of you who participated in other creative challenges both "official" and self-created this month - my hearty and warm congratulations.
